Dear Friends of the Arts:
There are many exciting things happening at Lincoln Trail College, specifically in the Performing Arts Department. We will soon be breaking ground on the first brick and mortar project since the originalbuildings were erected in 1975. The new performing arts building will not only serve the music students of the future, but it will serve as a large classroom, secondary lecture hall, and community gathering space when the theater is unavailable – which has been a serious need in the past. The project provides space for the theater, including indoor construction and storage space. The new building also includes 3 music practice rooms for our community music program and LTC students.
In order for this addition to be fully functional, the music practice rooms need to be soundproofed so as
not to interfere with classes, rehearsals or lectures in the main space. Raising the funds to soundproof theserooms is the goal of the Perfect Pitch committee. We are hoping to install Wenger SoundLok Sound IsolationRooms, which are some of the best sound proofed practice rooms available. Each room will cost around $30,000 putting our grand total just over $90,000.
We need your help. We are asking that you please consider donating to this project. The adjacent donation list states the giving thresholds. Those that donate at one of these levels will be recognized by a name plate on a plaque in the new building. The deadline for contributions is Friday, January 8th. You are able to donate online at HERE or by mailing a check to the Lincoln Trail College Foundation at
PO Box 737 Robinson, IL 62454.
The Performing Arts at LTC has greatly impacted so many of us, changed and enriched our lives. This building is a wonderful testament to the value of music and theater in our community. Please consider giving back as a way to be a part of the LTC Performing Arts legacy.
Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Together we can make a difference in the education of
